Zach Poznak
Zach Poznak graduated from Florida State University with a degree in finance. He has seven years of experience working with Sage X3 and has worked on the user, administrator, and reseller sides. He has experience in a range of industries, including retail, discrete manufacturing, continuous manufacturing, services, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and agriculture. He has supported companies of all different sizes, from a single-site distribution company, to large-scale international corporations.
Zach has provided support for companies throughout the lifespan on their Sage X3 environment. He has led multiple implementation projects from discovery through go-live. He specializes in process discovery and optimization, SOP creation, common data setup and maintenance, project management, general troubleshooting, development management and testing, project management, and training.
